Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pk354 platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, applications, services, games and promotional offers (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pk354 ("we", "us", "the Operator") and these Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and the Operator.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pk354, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active:

1. Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country or the jurisdiction applicable to the Operator's licence, whichever is greater. The Operator strictly prohibits underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to enforce this requirement, including mandatory age verification during the KYC process.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under legal guardianship or subject to any court order that restricts your ability to enter into contracts.
3. Non-Restricted Territory: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Territory at the time of registration or when placing any wager.
4. Sole Account Ownership: You may register only one (1) Account per person. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances and exclusion from the Platform.
5. Own Name and Details: You must register using your own genuine name, date of birth, address and contact details. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.
6. Not a Problem Gambler Under Self-Exclusion: You must not currently be self-excluded from this or any other gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must ensure any exclusion period has formally expired before attempting to register.

Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide all required information accurately and in full. By submitting the registration form, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true, current and complete.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. The Operator will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted one Account only. If duplicate Accounts are detected, the Operator reserves the right to close all but one Account, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently suspend the User from the Platform. Any bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be voided.

4.3 Account Currency

Account balances on pk354 are denominated in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) where the PKR option is available and selected by the User. Currency conversion rates, if applicable, are determined by the Operator and may include a margin. Users are advised to confirm the applicable currency and any conversion terms in the cashier before transacting.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The Operator is required to verify the identity of all Account holders as part of its KYC and AML obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for verification purposes within a reasonable time frame.

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID is required. For Pakistani users, a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport is the standard accepted document. The document must not be expired.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document may be required, typically not older than three months, showing your registered residential address.
• Liveness / Selfie Check: A selfie or real-time liveness check may be required to confirm that the registering person matches the submitted identity document.
• Payment Method Verification: Where withdrawals are requested to a specific payment method, the Operator may require confirmation that the payment method belongs to the Account holder.
• Source of Funds: For Accounts with higher transaction volumes, the Operator may request documentation to confirm the legitimate source of funds deposited.

The Operator reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Documents must be uploaded exclusively via the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send sensitive identity documents via unencrypted email or chat.

Terms of Use

Your use of the pk354 Platform is subject to the following conduct requirements. Breach of any of these conditions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting strategies aimed at exploiting Platform errors, or any form of coordinated fraudulent wagering.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under assumed identities, to circumvent Platform limits or obtain multiple bonuses.
• Using the Platform in connection with any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud or the financing of criminal enterprises.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification or transactional process.

6.2 Platform Availability

The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions and events outside the Operator's control may affect availability. The Operator accepts no liability for losses attributed to Platform downtime where reasonable notice has been given or where the outage results from circumstances beyond the Operator's reasonable control.

6.3 Communications

By registering an Account, you consent to receiving service communications from pk354 including account notifications, transaction confirmations and security alerts. Promotional communications will be sent only where you have opted in. You may update your communication preferences from within your account settings.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk354 are subject to the following conditions. Users are advised to verify current payment method availability, applicable fees and processing times in the Platform cashier before transacting, as these may change without prior notice.

7.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by the Platform and the relevant payment provider and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. The Operator reserves the right to decline deposits at its discretion without being required to provide reasons.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remaining unfulfilled. 7.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. The Operator may apply a dormant account administration fee as set out in the Platform's fee schedule. Users will be notified in advance. Any remaining balance after fee deductions remains accessible upon Account reactivation.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered on pk354 are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion at the time of offer. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
2. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. The Operator reserves the right to exclude any User from promotional offers at its discretion, including where abuse of promotions is suspected.
3. Time Limits: All bonus offers carry a validity period. Bonus credit and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless the Platform specifies otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at any time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus status as described in the individual offer terms.
5. Betting Rules

9.1 Bet Acceptance

9.2 Odds Errors

In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time. Bets placed before a suspension event occurs will be settled according to the rules applicable to that market. Responsibility for confirming bet status before a suspension lies with the User.

9.4 Cricket, PSL & ICC Markets

Cricket markets — including Pakistan domestic PSL T20 fixtures and ICC international tournament events — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Platform's sports rules section. Event cancellations, abandonments and Duckworth-Lewis adjustments are handled in accordance with those rules.

Responsible Gambling

pk354 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Users, accessible from within account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period as required by the applicable regulatory framework.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you may lose over a defined period. The same immediate-reduction / delayed-increase principle applies.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert or automatic logout after a configured session duration.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title or interest in any Platform content is transferred to you by virtue of this licence.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of the Operator.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.

• Interruption to Platform services caused by events outside the Operator's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, DDoS attacks or force majeure events.
• Any decision you make regarding the legality of using the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Account Closure & Suspension

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable fees or voided bonuses) will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or otherwise dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a court order or instruction from a competent authority requiring suspension.

Where an Account is closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms breach, the Operator may retain any balance pending investigation and may offset the balance against any losses suffered as a result of the fraudulent activity.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as communicated through official operator documentation. The specific governing jurisdiction will be stated in the Platform's official licensing information where applicable.

You acknowledge that the Platform may be operated under an international gaming licence and that the regulatory framework applicable to the Operator may differ from the laws of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that the services are lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.

Amendments to These Terms

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Operator will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
